Local buses cost £1.75
Most Heathrow hotels have a bus stop outside or within a couple of minutes walk. We do not recommend Hotel Hoppa buses which cost a lot more and typically go via a lot of hotels, often in the opposite direction before heading to the terminal. We tell you which stop to stand at and what to do, so you are not queuing in the wrong place.

For example, to get from the Hyatt Place Hotel to T5 takes 40 minutes and costs £7.00 with Hotel Hoppa. Catch the regular 423 bus opposite the hotel instead. It takes just 6 minutes and costs £1.75!
How early should I arrive for my flight?

Can I bring a water bottle through security?
Refillable metal or double walled containers must be emptied but these can be refilled at water fountains once through security. Some airports outside Heathrow still have a 100ml limit, so check before you fly home.
